Long story but Swansey helped cure us of cabin fever! Car out of action 3 days and unable to drive far due to nature of car prob (partly cracked rear upper suspension arm) but a google search found them only a mile from home. Called up and they were able to fit me in the next day. Couriered the part to them and tentatively (how can you drive a car tentatively?!) got the car to them next morning. Car ready just after lunchtime. Marvellous!

I cant comment on their workmanship as i didnt stay that long. My son booked his car in for a tyre repair and I took the car to the garage.Its a busy road, especially at 8.45 in the morning so the only safe place to park was in front of the garage doors were two cars were already inside. I hadnt properly got out of the car before some guy shouts youll have to move that, as I looked at in I got the same statement. Youll have to move that, mate!Indeed I moved it, right back home. Customer service at its very best. Good manners cost nothing!
This place is excellent. I recently took my car to a Ford main dealer who didn't answer the phone until I'd rang 5 times. It went in for a service and they said they couldn't do the tyres the same day. Rang Swansey MOT Centre, they answered immediately and had it done within a couple of hours. Cost less than Ford and service with a smile. I've used them before and should have known better to get my service done there rather than Ford. They are trustworthy, reliable, well priced and always willing to help. Can't fault them and will definitely go back for anything further.
Finally a garage that has not taken advantage! Excellent service and very fair price. Already recommending to others. Thanks guys
